Step-by-step Guide to filling Out the Application form for the UPCET Test 2022

This year’s application form for the UPCET was issued by the National Testing Agency on March 26, 2022. This year’s exam registration is already available and will conclude on April 30, 2022. Students who pass this exam are eligible to apply for admission to the first year of both undergraduate and graduate programs at their chosen university. 

Visit the UPSEE official website (http://upcet.nta.niin/) to fill out the application form. In order to correctly complete the UPCET application, candidates must attentively follow the instructions. They should be aware that once the UPCET application form has been submitted, only a few specific details can be changed.

Step-by-step guide to filling out the application form for the UPCET test 

Step 1: Register for the exam

  • Visit the official UPCET website (http://upcet.nta.nic.in/)
  • The UPCET Registration Form link may be found on the main page of the website.
  • When the website is routed to the registration page, click on New Registration
  • After that, you’ll be sent to a new page that has detailed directions on how to complete the UPCET application process online.
  • Before registering, make sure you’ve read the directions thoroughly.
  • Complete the UPCET 2022 registration process by providing all necessary information.
  • Click Submit once you’ve finished filling out the form.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

A candidate’s username, email address, mobile number, and CAPTCHA code must be entered in order to construct a login ID and password during the registration process. In order to proceed, they should double-check the accuracy of their entered data by previewing it first.

Candidates must examine the UPCET application form and click on the Final Submit link after the selections have been made.

Candidates will not be allowed to make any changes to their UPCET form 2022 once it has been submitted. Candidates will receive an application number after submitting the form, which they should keep in mind for future reference.

3rd Step – Upload Scanned Documents

Using the application number and password you received in your email, log on to the application site.

UPCET 2022 Application – Photograph and Signature Upload Instructions

  • A hat or sunglasses should not be worn when taking the shot.
  • They do not accept images taken with Polaroid cameras or created on a computer.
  • Only applicants who use spectacles on a daily basis are permitted to have their pictures taken with them.
  • Photos with a lack of clarity are more likely to be rejected.
  • You should be able to see your brow, eyes, nose, and chin well, and the print should have a strong contrast.
  • The photo should not have ‘red eye’
  • Rejected applications may be rejected because of self-made portraits or images shot using a cell phone.
  • Clothes, hair, or shadows should not obscure the face’s most prominent features.
  • Scanner resolution must be at least 200 dpi for scanned signatures to work properly (dots per inch).
  • Candidate’s signature must be on plain white paper, in black ink, and clearly visible
  • Those who fail to match their signature on the response script to their admit card will be deemed ineligible to take the exam.

Don’t forget to fill in all of the required fields on the application form. Applications that include typos or omissions will be rejected outright.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fees

Decide on a method of payment. The application cost for the UPCET can be paid using any of the following methods: Internet Banking, UPI, or a Wallet for Debit or Credit Cards. For future reference, save the application or registration number

Candidates should carefully review the qualifying requirements before making a payment. Please be aware that there will be no refunds for the application cost. Make a copy of the application form and fill it out before submitting the original. The application form may be rejected if there are any errors or missing data.

Step 5: Keep all the necessary documents

After paying the fees, ensure to keep these documents in handy:

  • Copy of confirmation page
  • Original and photocopy of Aadhaar card
  • Passport size photographs uploaded on the application form

UPCET Application – Form Correction Window

One-time corrections can be made to the UPCET application form using the form-correction option. If any candidate/s have made a small error or desire to change an entry after submitting an online UPCET registration form, they can do so by following the following steps:

  • The application form revision window may be found on the website.
  • Click on: Forgotten application number or password? Click here to recover.
  • Fill in your name, email address, and phone number.
  • After you’ve clicked submit,’ the form will be sent to the server. Login information will be sent to applicants by postal mail from the university.
