Odisha ITI Admission 2022 Application Form

The candidate must fill and submit the application form in online mode in order to apply. Interested and eligible candidates who want to apply may visit the official website to access the application form. The complete process of application form submission is explained below.

  • To begin the process of application, aspirants are required to register by providing some of their basic details including name, Aadhar number, email Id, and phone number.
  • Then, candidates will receive an OTP on their email ID and Phone number.
  • After that, aspirants must sign-in and set a new password.
  • Now, the main application form will appear on the screen of candidates.
  • In the main application form, aspirants must fill their complete educational, personal, and contact details accurately.
  • The details entered in the application form must be authentic. Otherwise, the admission authority may cancel the application form.
  • Along with the details, aspirants also need to upload scanned images of their photographs.
  • While filling details in the application form, candidates have to select minimum of five choices of institute and trade in which they want to study (CAF). It is also compulsory to take a printout of the CAF.
  • After submitting the application form, candidates also need to pay the required application fee.
  • It is advised that aspirants must take a printout of the application form submitted for future references.

Application Fee

  • The application fee is the same for all candidates i.e. Rs. 1000/-

Mode of payment: The application fees can be paid using ATM-cum-Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking of the banks available in the portal.

Submission of CAF Applicant’s Copy at the Nodal (ITI) Center

  • After submitting the application form, aspirants have to visit the Nodal (ITI) centre in order to validate the submitted CAF online.
  • The e-Admission Validation team members at Nodal (ITI) centre by matching information submitted online with relevant documents.
  • Aspirants must carry the following documents at the time of verification
    • Computer (Net) generated “Applicant Copy”
    • For 8th Pass Student, subject wise mark sheet in the institution / school letterhead duly  signed  by  the  Principal/  Headmaster/ Headmistress  with  seal  of  that particular institution/school.
    • Compartmental HSC mark sheet (only for the applicants passed compartmentally)
    • Certificates in support of reservation from an appropriate authority
    • Certificates for claiming weightage from appropriate authority
    • Resident/ Nativity Certificate/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card/ Ration Card to avail district quota / reservation in Govt. ITIs.

Merit List and Selection

  • After the submission of application form and verification of documents, the admission team will prepare merit list.
  • The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the qualifying exam i.e. class 8th or class 10th.
  • Benefits of reservations will be given to reserved category students at the time of merit list preparation.
  • In case there are no applicants in any of the reserved category, the seats will be de-reserved and filled up by the general category applicants.

  • Selected candidates can download the intimation letter directly from the official website.
  • Finally, aspirants may report to the allotted ITI along with the following documents for admission.
