Delhi ITI 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for Delhi ITI Admission 2024 are mentioned below:

Delhi ITI Application Form 2024

The online registration process for Delhi ITI 2024 will begin from the month of June. The candidates will have to visit the official website https://itidelhi.admissions.nic.in/ to obtain the registration form.

• In the registration form, the candidates will have to provide details such as name, father’s name, date of birth, category, gender, phone number, qualification, etc.
• Candidates will also have to provide a security question, its answer and create a password.
• Once all these details are submitted, registration number of the candidates will be generated.
• Using this registration number and password created, the candidates can make application fee payment.
• After the application fee is submitted successfully, the candidates can proceed with choice filling.

Application fee:

• The registration fee for Delhi ITI admission will be Rs. 200/-.
• Candidates can pay the application fee using credit card/ debit card/ internet banking.

Choice Filling

The candidates who successfully complete the registration process can provide their choice for trade and institute in which they seek admission. For this, the candidates need to select ‘already registered candidates’ and then go to choices > fill/ edit choices.

• A list of all the participating ITIs and the trades offered by them will appear on the screen.
• Candidates can select the options of their choice by clicking on the ‘add’ button.
• The applicants are suggested to provide as much choice as they can in order to avoid disappointment.
• All the choices must be entered in the order of preference as the admissions will be provided according to that only.
• After filling the choices, the candidates must save their choices or else they will not be considered for admission.
• Once the choice filling is over, the candidates should take a printout of the filled choices and keep it safe.

Candidates’ Verification & Rank List

After choice filling process is over, the candidates will have to visit any nearest government ITI for verification process. Registration without verification will not be considered as complete and such candidates will not be eligible for admissions.

• The candidates must carry all the important documents in original and one set of photocopy while reporting for verification.
• Verification is one time process and it will be valid for all rounds of counseling.
• After successful verification, a tentative rank list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates should check this list and if any discrepancy is found, they must communicate it to the helpdesk of the ITI in person.
• Final rank list will then be prepared and displayed after making the required correction.

Counseling Process

• First round of counseling will be held according to the names of the candidates in the rank list.
• Depending upon the rank, choice, category, etc into account, seats will be allocated to the candidates.
• The result of the counseling along with the allotment letter will be made available on the official website.
• The shortlisted candidates will then have to report to the allotted institute with their certificates.
• Candidates satisfied with their allotment can freeze the allotted seats and if not, they can provide the choice for up-gradation at the time of reporting.
• Applicants who have not allotted a seat or those who have opted for up-grade will be allotted seats in the next round of counseling.
