Requirements for filling the application form

You need to have the following things with you before filling the application form.

• A unique Email ID – Please provide a unique email ID at the time of registration. You should use this email for all future activities in this portal and for all correspondence with ISI.
• A mobile number
• One Photo ID Proof of the candidate – The permissible Photo Ids are Aadhaar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport/ Admit card of secondary, higher secondary or equivalent board examination.
• Clear digital colour photograph of the candidate
• Scanned image of the Full signature of the candidate
• Scanned images of all other necessary documents in PDF format.

How to apply for ISI Admission Test 2022?

The step by step process to submit the ISI application form 2022 is given below. Those who want to apply may follow the steps given below.

1. First of all, you need to visit the official website of ISI 2022 i.e.  https://www.isical.ac.in.
2. On the homepage of the official website, you will find the direct registration link. You need to click on the same link. Please note that we will also update the ISI Application form Link 2022 on this page as well.
3. Then, you will have to register on the website by providing your name, email ID, and Phone number.
4. You will then receive your login credentials on your registered email ID and phone number.
5. Now, use the login credentials generated in the previous step and sign in once again.
6. Next, you will have to provide your complete details in the application form. A few of the details that you need to enter in the form are as follows.
   1. Personal Details – Name, Gender, Date of birth, Father’s Name, Mother Name, Category, Sub-Category, etc.
   2. Academic Details – Year of passing the qualifying exam, name of the qualifying exam passed, school name, marks secured, etc.
   3. Contact Details – Phone number, email address, Address of correspondence, Permanent Address, etc.
7. After entering details in the application form, you must upload the image of your passport size photograph and signature. The specifications of these images are as follows

Specification of the Scanned image of the photograph

• It must show your facial features clearly in full frontal view.
• The photograph should be taken against a light background,
• It should be 35 mm in width and 45 mm in height.
• The permissible file size is 10-300 KB.
• Only JPG/ JPEG/ PNG formats are allowed

Specification for the full signature of the candidate to be uploaded

• Signature must be on white background with a blue ink pen.
• Signature image must be cropped to a 30 mm × 90 mm box.
• The permissible file size is 5 KB to 100 KB.
• Only JPG/JPEG/PNG formats are allowed.

1. In the next step, you will have to upload the following documents in PDF Format.
   1. Valid caste (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ EWS) and/or disability certificates if and as applicable

Note: OBC-NCL or EWS certificates issued by any competent authority and valid on the date of application will be acceptable. However, at the time of interview, only a certificate issued on or after April 1, 2021 will be considered to be valid

1. 1. Domicile certificate (for candidates applying for the Postgraduate Diploma in Statistical Methods & Analytics (PGDSMA – Tezpur) at Tezpur, under the category of candidates domiciled in the North-Eastern states of India)
   2. Sponsorship letter (for sponsored candidates only). The letter should have the following details.
      1. Name of the employer
      2. Duration of employment
      3. Position/ Designation
      4. nature of work/experience including publications (if applicable)
   3. Gate Scorecard (If applying on the basis of the GATE Scores)
2. After that, you will have to pay the required application fee as per your category. Remember, all candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode only.
3. Finally, you should take a printout of the application form submitted and keep it safe for future references.

Application Fee

The application fees are different for candidates from various categories.

• General category male candidates – Rs. 1250/-
• General category female candidates – Rs. 750/-
• Applicants belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ EWS/ Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories – Rs. 625/-

Answer: No, the application fee will be accepted in online mode only. You can pay the fees using a credit card/ debit card/ internet banking.

Answer: No, there is no requirement to send the hard copy of the application form. You just need to submit it online.
