The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will release the application form in online mode. You should note that the board will accept the application form in online mode. No other mode of application form submission is accepted. In this post, we are going to provide complete details related to the RRB NTPC Application Form.

How to fill the RRB NTPC Application Form?

The step by step process to fill and submit RRB NTPC Application Form is given below. Please note that these steps are progressive in nature. Before filling the application form, aspirants must make that they meet the RRB NTPC Eligibility Criteria.  It means you should move on to the next step only after following the last step.

  • First of all, you need to visit the official zonal RRB website for which you are looking to apply.
  • On the official website, you need to find and click on the “New Registration” link.
  • Choose the RRB Zone for which you are looking to apply.
  • Then, choose the community you belong to and enter your qualification details.
  • Next, in the registration form, you need to fill in your basic details such as Name, Date of Birth, Aadhar Card Status, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Class 10th Details, Mobile no., Email ID, etc.
  • Click on the “Continue” button once you are done entering the registration details.
  • On the next screen, the details you have entered in the registration form will appear.
  • Click on the ‘I have verified and confirmed that all the details furnished by me are correct’ box or if you want to change or review the details then click on the ‘red box’.
  • Once the registration process is over, aspirants will receive an OTP on their registered email ID and phone number. The registration number will be generated after entering the OTP.
  • After that, you will have to sign-in by entering the registration number, date of birth, and enter the captcha.
  • Then, in the main application form, candidates have to provide their complete educational, personal, and contact details. Some of the details entered in the application form are class 12th, community, gender, nationality, religion, if you are an Ex-Servicemen, or a PwBD category. Click on the “Save” button after entering the necessary information.
  • Choose the mode of payment by which you want to pay the application fee. Here, you can take a printout of the bank challan.
  • Next, you should upload your photograph as per the dimensions specified on the official website.
  • Apart from the photograph, candidates also need to upload their signatures. The signature should be done in blank ink on any white surface.
  • The category certificate should also be uploaded by the candidates in the application form.
  • Finally, candidates should take a printout of the application form submitted for future references.

RRB NTPC Application Fee

The application fees are different for candidates from various categories.

  • Unreserved & OBC Category Male – Rs. 500/-
  • Women candidates/ SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex- Servicemen – Rs. 250/-

Mode of payment – The application fee can be paid online using a Credit/ Debit/ Rupay/ Visa/ Master Card or by internet banking. Apart from this, aspirants can pay the application fee offline by depositing a bank challan at any branch of SBI bank.
