GPAT 2021: Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test abbreviated as GPAT is the national level entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Eligibility criteria for GPAT 2021

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria before apply. The eligibility criteria of GPAT 2021 are given below:

• Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for admission
• Aspirants should have done 4- year Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
• Those who done or appearing the B.Pharma programme through lateral entry is also eligible to apply.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of B.Pharma course are also eligible to appear in GPAT 2021.
• There will be no provision of age limit.

GPAT 2021 Application form: How to register?

• Interested and eligible candidates can apply for GPAT through online mode only by visiting the official website of NTA GPAT 2021.
• The application form has been released on 23rd Dec 2020.
• The GPAT 2021 registration process will involve three stages namely: Online registration, payment of fee and filling of details in application form.
• Candidates have to upload scanned image of signature and scanned image of photograph in the prescribed format during the registration process.
• Before the final submission of application form, candidates are advised to recheck the detail carefully and ensure that details filled in the form are correct. No changes will be allowed in the form after final submission.
• Candidates should print their filled application form and keep the copy of same for further use.

Application fee and payment mode

The payment of said fee can be made online by using credit card/debit card/net banking. Moreover, candidates can also deposit applicable fee through SBI Challan.

Admit card

The admit card of GPAT 2021 will be available to download from NTA official website most likely in the month of Jan 2021. To download the admit card, candidates need to login by entering their username and password. Download the admit card and take the printout of the same. Candidate should bring the print out of downloaded admit card to the examination centre on the day of Exam.

Examination Pattern

• GPAT 2021 is an online (Computer Based Test (CBT)) entrance exam.
• The paper will include multiple choice type questions
• The exam will comprise of 125 questions for 500 marks
• GPAT 2021 will be held in English language only.
• The duration of exam will be 3 hours
• For each correct answer, 4 marks will be rewarded.
• There will also negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect response given by the candidate.

Result

• The authority will announce the result online through the official website of NTA.
• Based on GPAT scores, candidates can obtain admission to M.Pharma course.

Counselling

• Applicants can apply for the GPAT 2021 conducted individually by the various institutions on the basis of their score.
• Candidates are needed to present in the admission procedure of particular institutions based on GPAT scores 2021.
• Seats will be allotted as per candidate scores in entrance exam.
