Candidates who aspire to get enrolled in the PhD Business Management course offered by the AIMA (in association with Aligarh Muslim University) can apply for AIMA RMAT 2022. This Research Management Aptitude Test (RMAT) is conducted twice a year in the month of February and December. The release of application form, admit card and the conduction of exam, all will be in online mode. Interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility requirements for the program are welcome to submit their online applications. AIMA RMAT 2022 Major Highlights

• The email id that the candidates provide at the time of creating log in should be valid for at least 1 year.
• Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written exam will have to clear the personal interview round as well to be considered for admission.
• In the absence of admit card, no candidates will be allowed to take their exam.
• Applicants who fail to complete the admission formalities within the given time limit will forfeit their seats.
• Only candidates with relevant work experience of at least five years along with the required academic qualification should apply for the program.

AIMA RMAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria are mandatory to be fulfilled for AIMA RMAT 2022:

Educational Qualifications:

• The candidates should hold a master’s degree in management or allied subjects such as Commerce, Humanities, Science, Engineering, Law etc or its equivalent.
• Those with a PGDM or PGDITM degree as approved by AICTE, or Chartered Accountancy, Cost Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification can apply too.
• A minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying exam along with minimum 50% marks in graduation is required.

Work Experience:

• The candidate should be a full time employee with at least five years of experience (after post graduation) at Managerial level in Industry/ Government/ Ministry/ NGO/ Defense/ Military organization.
• Those who are a full time Faculty at a Management Institute approved by AICTE or affiliated to a University with at least five years of experience after post graduation are eligible too.
• Due to any reason, if the candidate does not remain in employment during the programme, then he/ she has to seek permission from the Research Committee for further continuance of the programme.

AIMA RMAT 2022 Application Form

• The candidates will be able to apply online for AIMA RMAT 2022. The application form will be released on the official website of the institute apps.aima.in.
• The candidates will first have to create a log in by providing a valid email id and other basic details.
• Once the log in is created, the created will be able to fill the details in the application form.
• In addition to providing basic personal, educational, experience, etc details, the candidates will also have to upload important documents in the application form.
• After successful uploading of documents (photograph and signature), the candidates can proceed towards payment of application fee.
• Process of application will be completed after the payment of application fee. The candidates can now view their application and take its printout for future reference.

Application fee:

• Payment of application fee can be done online using debit card/ credit card/ net banking or via demand draft.
• The application fee will be Rs. 1500/- and it will be non-refundable.
• In case of payment through demand draft, the candidates should take a printout of the application form and send it to AIMA along with the DD.

Admit Card

• The AIMA RMAT admit card 2022 will be released online as per the specified schedule.
• Candidates will be able to download their admit card from the official website of the institute.
• A printout of the admit card should be taken and carried to the exam center on the day of exam.
• Applicants should keep their admit card safe as it might also be required at the time of admission.
• Note that the admit card for written test will not be sent by post or email.

Result & Interview

• The institute will announce the result of the written test on its official website.
• A list of the shortlisted candidates containing their form number, name, date and time of interview will be displayed on the website.
• Venue for the interview round will also be mentioned on this list.
• Candidates whose names are in this list will have to report for the interview round as per the given schedule. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
• Those who clear the interview round successfully will be considered for admissions.
• Before final admissions, the candidates will have to get their certificates and eligibility verified.
