WBJEE JENPAUH 2022 (WBJEE JENPAS UG and JEPAS PG Examination 2022) – Eligibility Criteria, Application Form, Exam Pattern, Result

WBJEE JENPARHWBJEE PENPAUH exam is now replaced by WBJEE JENPAS UG and JEPAS PG Examinations. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will soon be inviting applications for admission in B.Sc nursing, BPT, BASLP, BMLT etc courses offered by the colleges in the state. WBJEE JENPAS PG Examination 2022 will be conducted for post graduate diploma and degree courses.

Candidates need to apply for WBJEE JENPAS UG/ PG 2022 to be eligible for admission to these programmes. Before filling the form, candidates are required to check their eligibility status to determine if they can appear for the test or not. The exam will be conducted in offline mode and candidates will get a total of 1.5 hours per paper to complete the test.

WBJEE JENPAS 2022- Highlights

  • The application form can only be filled through online mode. No printed applications will be released by the authority for submission in this regard.
  • Only female candidates can apply for admission in B.Sc Nursing program.
  • Applicants should fill and submit the form on or before the due date specified by the authority to avoid the last-minute rush or technical issues.
  • Selection of the candidates will purely be done according to the performance of the candidates in the entrance test.
  • To shortlist the candidates, a merit list will be drawn by the authority followed by the counselling procedure where a seat will be allotted to them.

WBJEE JENPAUH (WBJEE JENPAS UG/ PG 2022) Eligibility Criteria 2022

Given below are the eligibility criteria for appearing in the entrance test-

Nationality: Only Indian national are eligible to apply for the JENPARH entrance exam.

Age criteria: Candidates must be at least 17 years old as on 31st December 2022. The upper age limit differs for different courses.

Educational Qualification for WBJEE JENPAS UG Exam 2022

  • B.P.T: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 exam or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
  • B.A.S.L.P.: Candidates should have passed class 12th exam or equivalent from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and any one of the given subjects-Biology/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Psychology. They should have secured minimum 50% (45% for reserved category candidates) aggregate marks.
  • B.Sc. Nursing: Candidates should have completed class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects. They should have obtained at least 45% (40% for candidates from reserved category) marks in aggregate. Only female candidates are eligible to apply for this course.
  • M.L.T.: Candidates must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects and have obtained at least 50% (40% for reserved category candidates) aggregate marks.

Note: Candidates appearing in class 12th or equivalent examination are also eligible to apply. However, they should have passed the exam before the commencement of counselling.

Educational Qualification for WBJEE JEPAS PG Exam 2022

  • DHS – Candidates must have completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with mathematics or statistics as a subject at Higher Secondary (10+2) level.
  • FPM – Complete MBBS from a recognized university.
  • M.Sc. CCS – Full time regular course in B.Sc. (Critical Care Technology) from any recognized university.
  • MHA – Candidates must have passed MBBS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BDS. or Aspirants must have passed full-time regular bachelor’s degree (Hons.) course from any recognized university.

Note: Aspirants must refer the university brochure for educational qualification for the rest of the courses.

WBJEE JENPAS Application Form 2022

To fill the application form for WBJEE JENPAS UG/ PG 2022, candidates need to visit the official website. The form can only be filled in online mode. Before filling the form, candidates need to keep their documents ready along with the scanned photograph and signature. The form will include the details such as- name, date of birth, email id, father’s name, educational details, gender, religion, payment details and other relevant information.

Candidates are required to provide correct information as no application correction window shall be provided to them once the form is submitted. They should also remember that, if at any stage the details provided by them are found to be incorrect then they will be disqualified from taking the test. The form should be submitted on time with the required amount of application fee to avoid rejection of the application.

Application Fee

  • Students need to pay Rs. 500/- towards the application fee for the exam.
  • The Processing charges might be applied as per the rules of corresponding bank
  • The payment can be made through debit card, net banking and credit card.

Admit Card

  • The admit card for WBJEE JENPAS UG/ PG Examination 2022 can be obtained from the official website with the help of application number and password.
  • Applicants are required to download the admit card and keep a printout of the same for future reference.
  • The admit card must be brought to the exam venue along with a valid ID proof failing which the candidates won’t be permitted to appear for the exam.
  • Candidates need to check their particulars in the hall ticket very carefully before heading to the exam venue.

WBJEE JENPAS 2022 Examination Pattern 

Given below is the exam pattern for WBJEE JENPAS UG 2022 –

  • Exam mode: Pen and Paper-based mode

  • Duration: 90 hours for each paper
  • Type of questions: Multiple choice-based questions
  • Language: English and Bengali
  • Marking scheme: 2 marks will be awarded for correct answer
  • Negative marking: ½ marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

WBJEE JENPAS Syllabus 2022

  • Candidates need to prepare the syllabus prescribed for class 11th and 12th respectively. They are required to prepare the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biological sciences to crack the exam.
  • For admission to PG courses, the question paper will be prepared on the basis of the graduation level syllabus.

Preparation tips

Here are some of the important preparation tips for the exam with the help of which the candidates can score better marks in the exam-

  • Maintain a timetable and follow it religiously. Do not procrastinate and achieve the daily goals as planned.
  • Prepare the basic concepts with the help of NCERTS first and then only use reference books.
  • Practice the mock test to know the areas where much improvement is required.
  • Avoid rote learning the concepts and try to understand the logic behind them.
  • Stay away from social media, games, mobile phone when you sit for studies.
  • You may however, use YouTube to watch lectures on relevant topics.

Answer key

  • The authority will release the answer key on its website a few days after the exam is over.
  • Candidates can take an idea of the scores they can get in the exam with the help of the answer key displayed on the official website.
  • In case of discrepancy in the answer key, candidates are allowed to raise an objection within a stipulated time frame.
  • Once the authority checks the validity of the objection raised by the candidates, a final answer key shall be released.

Result and Counselling

  • The authority will declare the result of WBJEE JENPAS UG/ PG Examination 2022 in the 3rd week of June 2022 on its official website.
  • Applicants need to login into the website to download their score card.
  • A merit list will be drawn on the basis of the scores obtained by them in the entrance test to shortlist the candidates.
  • Selected candidates will be invited to attend the online counselling where they need to indicate their choice of preference of course and college.
  • As soon as the counselling is over, the authority will allocate a seat to the candidates based on the following factors- merit rank, seat availability, choice opted during counselling and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
  • Candidates need to report to the college allotted to them and complete the admission formalities.
