OJEE 2021: Exam Application Form, Date, Eligibility information

OJEE 2021: Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE 2021) which Odisha state government conducts for admission of the candidates for various medical, engineering and management courses. Candidates after qualifying the examination can take the admission in any of the government or private institution. There are various programs which candidates can take admission in thru this exam and the programmes are MCA, MBA, M.Tech, M.Pharma, M.Arch, M.Plan and other courses in courses of homeopathy, Ayurveda, pharmacy and integrated MBA. In the given post, candidates can have the information about the OJEE 2021 application form, eligibility criteria, exam pattern and important dates.

Important Dates OJEE 2021

The schedule of the examination has been provided in the following chart.

Eligibility Criteria

It is more than necessary to check the eligibility criteria before candidates apply for the exam. Here in the below table, the eligibility criteria have been explained course by course.

  • Applicants must be having the domicile of the Odisha.
  • The minimum age of the candidates for the bachelor level courses should be 17 years.
  • It is noteworthy that there will be no age limit for master’s programs.

9. M.Tech/M.Arch/M.Plan/M.Pharma 50% 45% For M.Tech, students should be passed/appearing bachelor degree examination (B.Tech).

For M Pharm, students should be passed/appearing in bachelor’s degree in pharmacy

For M.Arch, bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.

For M.Plan, students should have passed bachelor’s degree in Economics, Geography, Sociology, Anthropology, Environmental Science, Statistics, Social works with specialization in Community Development and Rural Development.

 

OJEE 2021 Application Form

  • The application form will be available online but it is good that applicants will be able to fill and submit the application form thru the offline mode.
  • They will have to put all the necessary details in the application form such as their name, and education qualification.
  • Except all, it will also be necessary to upload or attach the scanned photo and signature in the online application
  • Besides this, applicants shall have to pay the online application fee as well.
  • There will be many ways to pay the application fee such as debit card/credit card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/internet banking). Candidates can pay the fee thru the e-challan at any branch of SBI.

OJEE Exam Pattern

Exam pattern is, in fact, the most crucial part of the notification for those who seriously crack the entrance exam. Here are the details about the application form:

  • The question paper will be offline pen and paper based.
  • Moreover, the question paper will be of objective nature and there will be 60 multiple choice questions in the exam.
  • Every question will bear 4 marks.
  • The concern to worry is that there will be negative marking in the examination.
  • The total time duration of the exam will be 2 hours but will vary as per the course.

OJEE 2021 Admit Card

All the eligible applicants will get the admit card for the exam in the month of April 2021. Below is the more details about the admit card:

  • The admit card will be available on the official portal of the assigned admission authority from Odisha Government.
  • The admit card shall have all the details about the exam name, timing, the duration and the venue of the exam.
  • Besides that, it will be necessary for all the applicants to take 2 printouts of admit card with them at the time of the examination.

OJEE 2021 Result

The result of the MHCET 2021 will be announced in the month of June 2019. Selection will be on the basis of the merit list. There will be separate merit list for the entire courses. The result will be available on the official website of the assigned authority.

OJEE 2021 Counselling

The last phase of the examination will be counseling. After the announcement of the result of the examination, candidates can apply for admission in the colleges and institutes where they will be screened further thru counselling.

The crucial piece of the information is that the counseling will be web-based and there will be counseling fee of Rs. 450 from all the candidates.
