List of Top Bank Exams 2024

The following are some of the top bank exams that the candidates can appear for after completing their graduation:

IBPS PO

The candidates clearing the IBPS PO exam will be shortlisted for the post of probationary officers in different banks. There will be two rounds of the exam- preliminary and mains followed by an interview. The interested candidates will be able to submit their application form hopefully from August.

IBPS Clerk

For recruitment to the post of clerk in different reputed banks of the country, IBPS Clerk exam will be held. Two rounds of the exam will be conducted- preliminary and mains and selection of the candidates will be based on combined performance in both the exams.

IBPS SO

Selection of candidates for Specialist Officers’ cadre posts will be done through Common Recruitment Process (CRP) conducted by IBPS. Recruitment of the candidates will be done in any of the participating banks based on their performance. The exam will be held in two phases- preliminary and main.

IBPS RRB

To shortlist the candidates for recruitment on the various posts in the Regional Rural Banks of India, IBPS RRB exam will be organized. Apart from preliminary and main exams, interview will also be conducted. Interested candidates can start filling their application form from the month of June, tentatively.

SBI PO

The State Bank of India will conduct SBI PO exam to screen candidates for recruitment as probationary officer. The online application process will begin tentatively from the month of April. To be eligible, the candidates will have to clear the preliminary and main exams and an interview.

SBI Clerk

Selection of the candidates for the post of Junior Associate in clerical cadre will be done on the basis of SBI Clerk exam. The exam is held at a national level and will be conducted as online exam. Three rounds of the examination will be conducted- preliminary, main and specified language test.

NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development)

Candidates hoping recruitment as manager in Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) in NABARD can apply for the recruitment test. Candidates can obtain the application form for the same from the official NABARD website. The online application process is expected to begin from March to April.

RBI Grade B Assistant

The Reserve Bank of India will be organizing recruitment test to select candidates as Grade B officers. The interested candidates who also fulfill the eligibility criteria can submit their applications in the month of July. The application form will be released in online mode.

Bank of Baroda SO

Bank of Baroda will organize Specialist Officer (SO) examination for screening candidates for recruitment to different legal and wealth management services posts. Candidates can apply for any of the one available post in online mode from the month of December (tentatively).
