AIIMS PG 2021: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is the respective body which organizes AIIMS PG every year. The entrance test conducts for admission in UG, PG and doctoral programmes.

It is a national level entrance test which held twice in a year i.e. January and July. The online registration for AIIMS PG 2021 January session has been started from 10th Sep 2020 while for July session the registration will commence from February 2021.

Eligibility criteria

At first, candidates need to satisfy the important eligibility criteria before applying the exam. The important eligibility conditions for AIIMS PG 2021 are as follows:

• Candidates, who possess a MBBS degree for admission to MD/MS programme and BDS degree for MDS programme from a recognized university/institution of Medical Council of India (MCI) and Dental Council of India (DCI), are eligible to apply.
• Applicants need to clear the qualifying examination with at least 55% aggregate marks (50% marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories).
• Candidates are needed to complete 1 year of mandatory rotating internship on or before January 30, of the admission year.

Candidates can download AIIMS PG admit card 2021 from the official website of authority as per the schedule date. Your admit card bears the important details regarding exam such as exam date and time, examination center etc.

Result

The applicants who successfully appeared in the entrance test can check their AIIMS PG 2021 result cum merit list online at the official website. After the announcement of result, the authority will release the merit list for those applicants only who have obtained minimum qualifying percentile in the entrance test irrespective of their category.

Counseling

The officials will organize the counseling process of AIIMS PG in three rounds along with open selection. The authority will invite only the qualified candidates for counseling according to their rank.
